The Pollio family has deep roots in the mountains of Campania, where they have been raising livestock for many generations.
Their farm in Sorrento was right in the middle of the citrus grove, surrounded by trees whose fruit inspired their cuisine and beverage production. Women were usually in charge for making fresh drinks and brews by using all sorts of natural herbs collected while grazing their animals on the mountains.
These are the recipes that the Alois and Pollio family have partnered to revive today. The liquori are made using local herbs and the famous sorrento fruit in the same way that Nonna Paolina perfected decades ago.
