Trestle Thirty One focuses on a small, purposeful portfolio of Riesling, Chardonnay, and Cabernet Franc, each going through extended lees contact and released only after two years. The Chardonnay and Cabernet Franc see a mix of neutral and new oak, adding depth to wines that exemplify elegance and deliberate intent.
