Crisp and pure on the nose, this bottling by Mark Adams offers vibrant and fresh aromas of lime sorbet, honeydew and chalk. The palate is very tightly wound, steadily releasing flavors of grapefruit, lime and lemon, zipping with strong acid and chalky texture deep into the finish.

Limpid yellow-gold. A mineral-tinged bouquet evokes ripe citrus and orchard fruits, white flowers and candied ginger, backed by a subtle hint of toasty lees. Dry, stony and focused on the palate, offering Meyer lemon and bitter pear flavors that show very good depth and no excess fat. A honeysuckle element emerges slowly and carries through a long, seamless finish that strongly echoes the pear and floral notes.
