Braida 'Vigna Senza Nome' Moscato d'Asti 2017

James Suckling: 90pts

Straw-yellow with green tinges. Musky aromas of peach and nutmeg are lifted by a floral topnote and complicated by notes of resin and honey. Broad and rich, displaying considerable inner-mouth perfume, but a firm backbone and not especially vibrant acidity contribute to the very luscious, slightly foursquare mouthfeel. Today the fruit is very showy, but I would drink up soon. I like this wine’s generosity of texture, so I’ll be likewise generous in my scoring.
