James Suckling: 91pts
A rather lifted nose with cedar and nutmeg, but there's still some pretty herbal and fruit-tea character. Medium body, firm tannins and almonds on the finish. Needs time but should come around. Drink in 2020.

Vinous: 90pts
Bright red. Floral aromas and flavors of red berries, red cherry and herbs. Tactile but light on its feet with good acid lift and a floral nuance on the lively medium-long finish. Offers plenty of easygoing early appeal. (13.5% alcohol)
