This is another example of a 2015 Chateauneuf du Pape that's delicious already. This full-bodied blend of 60% Grenache, 15% Syrah, 15% Mourvèdre and 10% Cinsault is creamy and lush, with cherry fruit and hints of toasted almond on the soft, easygoing finish.
Wine Spectator: 92pts
Fresh and rounded, with a rather ebullient core of cassis, plum sauce and melted licorice flavors driving along, backed by notes of warm fruitcake and fig preserves. Frankly fruit-driven, showing enough freshness to stay balanced and focused. Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre and Cinsault. Drink now through 2027. 3,000 cases made.

Rippling, ripe fruit counteracts deep mineral tones in this bold, brooding wine. Black plum and berry notes are spiced with anise and vanilla, but also shades of dried sage, thyme and earth. It's a concentrated red with a slightly drying, emery-board finish.
