From the lower part of the terraced vineyard and cultivated on loam-covered gravel soils, the 2019 Ried Pellingen 1ÖTW Kremstal Grüner Veltliner Reserve is deep, fresh and complex on the concentrated, pure and elegant nose that is very distinctive. On the palate, this is a full-bodied, ripe, intense and concentrated Pellingen Veltliner with a sur lie texture and ripe and elegant mineral acidity, which is perfectly intermingled with dense and perfectly ripe fruit that mixes citrus fruit and florals with raisin aromas. Crystalline and salty on the finish yet also quite mighty, this 14.5% alcohol Pellingen GV will gain more finesse and transparency with years in the bottle. And the more chilled you drink the wine, the leaner it tastes, even though the finish is always remarkable intense.

Super expressive and complex with a ton of wild herbs, pepper (white, green and pink), plus subtle exotic fruit. This is a concentrated and generous gruner with enough acidity to lift the long finish. Drink or hold. Screw cap.

Ripe pear notes on the nose come with tinges of roasted chestnut, yeast and miso paste. The palate then combines textural, fruity richness with intense lemon brightness. This has two exciting poles and they take turns in occupying center stage. Freshness lingers long on the finish.
